Based on feedback from users and the BitUBU Token [Delisting / Hiding Guideline](https://help.bitubu.com/portal/en/kb/articles/bitubu-token-delisting-hiding-guideline), we will be delisting several projects that do not fulfill our listing criteria.

**The affected projects are as follows:**

SWRV-USDT, EDEN-USDT, STRK-USDT and ELT-USDT

**Execution time:**

We will delist the above-mentioned projects at 6:00 - 6:30 AM UTC on May 22, 2023. Users are advised to cancel orders pertaining to these pairs before the delisting. If your order is not canceled in time, it will automatically be canceled by the system. This procedure may take 1-3 working days. Once the delisting is complete, you can find your assets under Wallet > Funding > Untradable assets.

We take a snapshot of users' all crypto assets at 4:00 pm UTC+8 daily and convert the value to USDT, then to BTC based on the daily average price of BTC/USDT (BTC/USDT middle price = [opening price + closing price]/2).

Snapshot assets include Trading Account and Funding Account. Assets borrowed for leverage or loan are excluded.

Bitubu to delist SWRV, EDEN, STRK and ELT spot trading pairs


**To verify your account on a computer:**.

**Level 1: Basic Informations**

Log in to your Bitubu account. Go to **Account > Verification**.

You must first verify **Level 1: Basic Informations**. Click the **Verify** button. The Basic Informations form will appear, enter following:

- **First Name:** Enter your name as it appears on ID or passport.
- **Last Name:** E nter your family name as it appears on ID or passport.
- **Date of Birth:** Enter your date of birthday as it appears on ID or passport. Select date click calender icon, or type date MM/DD/YYYY format.
- **Residence Country:** Select your country as it appears on ID or passport.
- **Address:**  Enter your legal address.
- **City:** Enter  your address of city.
- **Postal Code:** Enter your post code.

After entering the information, click the **Submit** button.

**Attention:**

Enter the above information correctly. Once the above information has been entered, it cannot be changed again. Contact us now. If you have entered incorrect information, the account verification process will be rejected.

**Level 2: ID Verification**

At this stage, you must have verified **Level 1: Basic Informations**. Then ID and Passport verification Click the **Verify** button. The ID Verification page will appear, select one of option following:

**ID Card**

The ID Card form will appear, enter following:

- **ID Number:** Enter your national ID card number.
- **ID Card Expired Date:** Enter your national ID card expired date.  Select date click calender icon, or type date MM/DD/YYYY format.

After entering the information, click the **Submit** button.

**ID Card Front Page**

Then the following screen will appear. Click on the area where the picture appears or **Click and upload/capture from device camera**.

Then the browser will ask you for permission to use your computer camera. Click the **Allow** button.

Please capture ID card front page from device camera. Or, upload ID card front page from your device. Ensure that ID card front page clear, valid expiration date and readable.

After capture or upload the ID front page, click the **Submit** button.

**ID Card Back Page**

Please capture ID card back page from device camera. Or, upload ID card back page from your device. Ensure that ID card  back  page clear, valid expiration date and readable.

After capture or upload the ID back page, click the **Submit** button.

**Selfie with ID Card**

Please capture a selfie holding ID card near your face. Ensure that your face clear, ID card readable.

**ID Card Final**

A welcome screen will appear. Your account is in the **Pending** stage and is being reviewed by our team. You will be notified by email when your account is approved.

If you follow the above steps completely, your account will be approved within one day. If the information you enter is illegible, inaccurate, or inconsistent, it will be rejected. If the account approval was denied, follow the steps again and apply.

**Passport**

The Passport form will appear, enter following:

-  **Passport Number:** Enter your  passport number.
-  **Passport Expired Date:** Enter your  passport expired date.  Select date click calender icon, or type date MM/DD/YYYY format.

After entering the information, click the **Submit** button.

Then the following screen will appear. Click on the area where the picture appears or **Click and upload/capture from device camera**.
Please passport front page from device camera. Or, upload  passport  front page from your device. Ensure that  passport  front page clear, valid expiration date and readable.

After capture or upload the passport front page, click the **Submit** button.

**Selfie with Passport**

Please capture a selfie holding passport near your face. Ensure that your face clear, passport readable.

**Passport Final**

A welcome screen will appear as below. Your account is in the **Pending** stage and is being reviewed by our team. You will be notified by email when your account is approved.

How do I verify my Bitubu account?


**Please note that the wrong or without tag/memo will result in the loss of your assets.**

If you didn’t tag or used the wrong tag for your deposit, you’ll need to record a video and send it to us at Support Center so we can help.

How do I fix a deposit with tag issues?


To enhance users’ trading experience, the Bitubu fee rate system will be upgraded at 7:00 AM UTC on Apr. 30, 2023.

The new fee rate system will be effective from March 1, 2023 with the following rules:

We take a snapshot of users' all crypto assets at 4:00 pm UTC+8 daily and convert the value to USDT, then to BTC based on the daily average price of BTC/USDT (BTC/USDT middle price = [opening price + closing price]/2).

Snapshot assets include Trading Account, Funding Account and Grow. Assets borrowed for leverage or loan are excluded.

**30-day trading volume (USD)**

We calculate the total 30-day volume of all your futures trades in BTC according to BTC/USD price. Every 24 hours, we convert the total volume to USD according to the average price, which is the halved sum of open and close prices. We settle it at 16:00 UTC daily.

Let's say, you traded BTC, ETH, and ETC crypto-margined futures within the last 30 days. We'll convert your trading volume to BTC equivalent according to BTC/USD rate and then convert to USD according to the average price. Then we'll settle the volume at 16:00 UTC.

**Makers and takers**

Maker order is the limit order which enters into the order book before it can be traded in market. For example, if the current BTC lowest ask price is 1,000 USDT and you create a maker order with a bid price 999 USDT, this order cannot be filled immediately. Then it will enter into the order book until someone fills it. After filled, you're required to pay the maker fee and taker will pay the taker fee (or vice versa). You need to pay the taker fee when your limit ask order is traded successfully.

**Trading fee rules**

Calculation formula of trading fee: Trading fee of USDT-margined Futures = Fee rate × (Number of contracts × Multiplier × Face value per contract × Fill price).

Deduction rule of crypto: Trading fee of USDT-margined Futures is settled in USDT and is charged when the order is filled;
Take Futures BTCUSDT (Face value is 0.01 BTC, Multiplier is 1) as an example, assuming the current price of BTC is 20,000 USDT;
Trader A (Trading fee tier is Lv 1) bought/sold 100 contracts (1 BTC) at market price with 10x leverage, and used 2,000 USDT (0.1 BTC) as margin. Trader A became a taker of this trade, so the Trading fee = 0.06% × (100 × 1 × 0.01 × 20,000) = 12 USDT;
Trader A bought/sold 100 contracts (1 BTC) at limit price with 10x leverage, and used 2,000 USDT (0.1 BTC) as margin. Trader A became a maker of this trade, so the Trading fee = 0.03% × (100 × 1 × 0.01 × 20,000) = 6 USDT.

Settlement Futures fee: 0.03% for all users regardless of tier level.

Forced liquidation Futures fee: Calculated according to the taker fee of user's current tier level.

**24h withdrawal limit (USD)**

24h withdrawal limit is the maximum amount of crypto you can withdraw within 24 hours, in USD equivalent. If you want to increase your limit, please contact Bitubu support.

For example. Your 24h withdrawal limit is 300 USD. After withdrawing 250 USD, 25 USD equivalent in OMG, and 15 USD equivalent in XUC, you'll have a 10 USD limit remained for withdrawal within 24 hours. If you want to withdraw 20 USD equivalent in XRP, which exceeds 10 USD limit, you can withdraw until the next day. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support to increase your limit tentatively.

24h withdrawal limit is different under different KYC levels. For KYC Level 1, the limit is ≤ 2,000 USD. For KYC Level 2, the limit is ≤ 10,000 USD. For KYC Level 3, the limit is ≤ 500,000 USD.

**Daily update time of trading fee**

Bitubu regularly communicates with listed projects to understand their latest development, including product roadmap, team, etc. This includes both positive and negative changes, such as any unexpected deviation from their previous plans.
During major market events, Bitubu would check in with projects to understand how they have been impacted. On the other hand, if an incident happens to a project (e.g., the project was hacked), Bitubu would reach out to see if any support is required. After this, Bitubu will also review how the project team handled the incident and whether they have implemented proper measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Please be noted that after the account is successfully closed, the account will be permanently closed, and can never be retrieved back. All pending transactions will be cancelled upon account closure, and all remaining assets in the account will not support withdrawal anymore, it's highly recommended to close all your positions and withdraw your assets before closing the account.

The mobile phone number, email address, and identity information bound to the account can not be used for a new account anymore.

3. On the modal, the system will display the risk notification after disabling the account . Please check it carefully, then check the relevant terms and click Close account at the bottom of the modal footer again.
